Note: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them to be eligible for a return.

How to Return an Item

    Sign in to your AI Store account and navigate to your Order History.

    Select the Order

    Find the order containing the item you wish to return and click "Return Item."

    Print Return Label

    Follow the prompts to generate and print your prepaid return shipping label.

    Package and Ship

    Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

    Receive Your Refund

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it for the same product at no additional cost. For all other exchanges, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
